Production begins immediately after an order is placed through your store. Orders ship within 1-7 business days. Domestic delivery takes 2-6 days after production; international can take 7-14 days depending on destination.
All sales are final. Every product is made on demand and custom to order. The only exception is a cosmetic issue on our end, such as damages, stains, or print defects. For any other reason, the brand owner is responsible for resolving it with their customer.
We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files at a minimum of 300 DPI. Always size your files to the recommended print area for each product for best results.
Click "Add to Shopify" at the end of your product builder session, or find the PUR3 app on the Shopify App Store and install it directly. Your products sync automatically and orders fulfill from day one.
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after production. Tariffs and taxes imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
We offer a wide range of apparel and accessories including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, hats, tote bags, and more. All products are premium-quality blanks available for full customization.
You pay the base cost for each product plus shipping when a customer orders. You set your own retail price and keep the difference. There are no monthly fees or minimums.
Absolutely. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before launching any product. Sample production takes 7-14 business days. This lets you verify print quality, sizing, and feel firsthand.
If there is a cosmetic defect such as misprints, stains, or damage during production, PUR3 POD will replace the item at no additional cost. Contact support@pur3pod.com with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Currently, our full integration is with Shopify. We are expanding to other platforms including WooCommerce, Etsy, and more. Stay tuned for updates on our Integrations page.

Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent via email. You can follow your delivery in real time. Tracking information is also synced to your Shopify store for your customers.
No. Every product is made to order, so there is no minimum. You can order one item or a thousand — the process is the same.
All products are crafted at our facility in Los Angeles, California. Every item is printed, inspected, and shipped from our LA production center.
